Losing myself begins..

I rejoined Sure Slim yesterday.

I was at the dentist yesterday morning...lol..and while lying there having my tooth drilled I thought about my blog and about the fact I blogged ages ago about losing weight but as of yesterday had done jack shit about it.

I knew I would be driving past a Sure Slimon the way home - so I stopped in..numb mouth and all :)

I was there about one and a half hours - the lady was great. She went through the entire program with me again to refresh my memory and worked out what my goal weight is.

Funny enough I am at the same weight now that I was when I joined Sure Slim two years ago.
The program really really does work..provided you stick to it.I was a complete idiot to have stopped it when I did...but thats my will power for you.

So - I went and bought all my goodies..and then weighed and pre packed everything so I dont really have any excuses. I remember last time I lost 2kg's per week..so...if I go by that I should be at goal weight within 3 months :)

I am giving myself till my birthday - which is on June 29 :)

So - guys...wish me luck :)
